The hotel is in a vibrant area with easy access to public transportation and top attractions. The rooms are cozy but a bit small, and the service is a mix of helpfulness and occasional lapses. The dining experience offers a rich variety of options, and the location is excellent for exploring the city.
The hotel had comfortable and very clean rooms, with a beautiful and clean ambiance, though the rooms were a little but comfortable on the smaller side. The location was superb with many nearby restaurants and attractions within easy walking distance. The service was very good, especially from Mr Mohamed, despite some noise concerns in the morning. The dining experience was overall good, offering a variety of Turkish delicacies but lacking in 'western taste' options. The facilities provided were satisfactory.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable, lacking soundproofing. The service, especially from Muhammad and Ahmad, was excellent, but I had to follow specific instructions for privacy during room photography. The location was great, close to transportation and local attractions, but the dining options could use more variety.
